Most of the time this can be resolved with a change of password. https://www.usd.edu/accounts/reset/
Please make sure to make a completely new password that you have never used before. And make it with only Upper Case and Lower Case letters and Numbers.
Example: MyN3wPa55
Do not use any odd characters like:
!@#$%^&*()_+{}|[]\;’:”<>?./
