Help us welcome David Wachira as the University Libraries’ Business and Data Services Librarian.
David, who is a December 2023 candidate for the MS in Business Analytics from the USD Beacom School of Business and a Graduate Research Assistant in the Digital Scholarship and Research Services (DSRS) initiative of the University Libraries, will bring proficiency in SPSS, R-Programming, and Tableau; a demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent service to library users; and a strong knowledge of business and finance information tools, including Bloomberg Terminal and WRDS.
In December, USD RED had 10226 full-text downloads and 14 new submissions were posted, bringing the total works in the repository to 1709. University of South Dakota scholarship was read by 712 institutions across 133 countries.
