ID Weeks 3rd Floor Access
Beginning this week, contractors will be installing new carpet on the 3rd floor of ID Weeks. Between May 10 and approximately June 15, access to ID Weeks 3rd floor will generally be limited to library faculty and staff.
The Circulation department (first floor of ID Weeks), however, will retrieve books upon request from faculty, students, staff, and the public. For safety reasons, there may be limited periods of time when materials cannot be accessed by library staff. Insofar as possible, our objective is to ensure access to the book collection during the project. If you need assistance with accessing books on the 3rd floor or have other questions, please email the Circulation department at circ@usd.edu or call 605-677-5373.
For information about access to Archives and Special Collections, please email speccoll@usd.edu or call 605-677-5450.
Project progress and related information will be posted to the University Libraries’ blog http://usd-library.blogspot.com/.
