University of South Dakota students, faculty, staff, and administrators are invited to participate in the 2018 LibQUAL+® Lite Survey October 22 – November 9, 2018. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete! Survey results will help the I.D. Weeks Library set priorities to improve library services and collections to support your learning, teaching, and research needs. The survey link will be sent to USD student, faculty, staff, and administrators email addresses. To ensure anonymity, email addresses are separated from survey responses once the completed survey is submitted.
Students who voluntarily enter their USD email address with their completed survey will be eligible to WIN one of eight Coyote Cash Prizes (6 for $20, 1 for $30, and 1 for $50). Survey results will not be tied to your email address entry. Please do not complete the survey if you are not at least 18 years old.
